What started with a move to Texas and a passion for authentic barbecue has come full circle.

After spending years learning the craft of Texas barbecue, Chuck Luongo brought that experience home to Pennsylvania with one goal: serve real Texas barbecue the way it’s meant to be made—low and slow, over wood-fired offset smokers.

We’re honored to have our story featured by PennLive and grateful for everyone who has supported us on this journey. From long nights tending fires to opening our doors in Middletown, this has been a labor of love, faith, and perseverance.

This is more than a restaurant. It’s a dream years in the making.
