When our kids visit we always send them home with bread and eggs. After the latest visit our daughter reported that the Twisted Cinnamon bread is better than cinnamon buns ❤️
I have to say I agree. It's made with brioche and has a more complex flavor than the average bun.
Stop by and get some!
The stand is fully stocked with Twisted Cinnamon bread and a variety of sourdoughs!

The bagels came out a little flat but they are delicious! They'll be available tomorrow. Sesame seed and flaky salt.

If all goes as planned we will have twisted cinnamon brioche tomorrow as well as sourdough English muffins, sourdough loaves, sourdough country loaf (a new recipe with a touch of whole wheat!) and sourdough bagels.
We will offer sourdough bagels once a month.
Chickens are really slow right now. We lost a few to predators and are looking to add more soon. In the meantime please just buy what you need.

Today I'm trying for demi baguettes. Since they're not in the oven yet I'll keep you posted as soon as they're done. 🤞
Did you know if you have a loaf of bread that is a day or two old and it's a bit soft on the outside you can run it quickly under water and toast it up in a 375 to 400 degree oven? It's crazy and fabulous!

I've been trying to make a post all morning and so many distractions.
Bread will be late today.
For your viewing pleasure here is what we did late last night. When moving chickens it's easiest to do at night and they have calmed down and don't make a fuss.
BTW I will make a post when I get the bread out late today.
