Last Saturday we went down to Glendale Riding School for a CBHSA show. We are missing a few riders in these photos but everyone did a great job. They handled the miserable weather like champs , took great care of their partners, and kept smiles on while doing it. For almost all of these girls it was their first show of the season and everyone moved up into harder divisions this year. As always we walked away with things to keep working on but also they could see the progress they have been making!

May 16th we participate in the Penns wood winery derby at the vineyard show . Held at the lovely Penns wood winery and run by Kim . The horses and riders had a great time. The courses were lovely , lots of great competition for the riders , great lessons learned. We can’t wait for June Fete!

On May 9th we attended a show up at Bridge Acres stables. It is a lovely farm and the environment is very friendly! The girls all did a fantastic job with their equine partners. The weather wasn’t ideal with some rain but the day went on and the girls all rode lovely. As always lessons learned on what to continue to work on.

We started our season off with a show at Making Strides, the weather was not lovely but the girls toughed it out and hung in there. Could not be happier with how the horses and riders worked together and I can’t wait to see where the teams will take things this season. We have several different plans this season so keep watch for the show post!

My post have been far and few lately , however I wanted to get this post made before we got past the point of it being overly too late. We hosted Kim Riale for a Derby Clinic last Saturday. The riders all had a blast and are looking forward to attending Kim’s series this summer. Thank you again for coming and sharing your knowledge with the girls!
