We’re proud to share something that may not be the most exciting thing to post about, but it’s something we take very seriously at SpikeFish Catering - our health inspection report came back absolutely flawless.

We take tremendous pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and in preparing our food with fresh, quality, from scratch ingredients. Cleanliness and food safety aren’t things we take shortcuts on, they’re part of the standard we hold ourselves to every day, and we’re happy to stand behind that standard. If you’d ever like to see our kitchen, just ask a staff member. We’re more than happy to show you where and how your food is prepared. We believe you should feel confident about the people preparing your food and the environment hit’s being prepared in. Not many restaurants would allow you to do that.
