Recognized in the top 40 fastest growing companies in Central Pennsylvania, C&J Catering stands alone as the only primary food service & hospitality business on the list.

When the Central Penn Business Journal announced the official rankings for its Fastest Growing Companies list, we found out that C&J Catering earned a spot in the top 40. Looking closer at the results showed something even more defining for our crew. We stand alone as the only primary food service and hospitality focused business recognized across the entire region.

Growth of this magnitude never happens alone. It reflects the immense talent inside our kitchens, the dedication of our operations teams, and the enduring trust of our clients throughout Central Pennsylvania.

A huge thank you to Central Penn Business Journal, our incredible team, and our clients for making this recognition possible!

I'm still processing this one. ⁣
⁣
C&J Catering just became the first small business to receive a sole award of this contract, and the first company in more than 15 years to receive back-to-back awards at Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center.⁣
⁣
I keep coming back to what this means, not just for me and C&J, but for every person who has ever been told their business was too small, too new, or too “not like that” to compete at this level.⁣
⁣
We got here because my team refused to cut corners, project after project, year after year.⁣
⁣
To every woman building something right now that feels impossibly far away, it's not as far as it looks. Keep going. ⁣
⁣
I can’t wait to continue raising the standard for every experience we create.⁣

That is a wrap on Mecum Auctions at the Pennsylvania Farm Show!

Putting on an event like this takes an incredible team. Over four days, our crew delivered top-tier staff buffets, public concessions, bar services, VIP hospitality, and direct-to-seat delivery without missing a beat.

Something's been in the works behind the scenes, and I can't keep it fully quiet anymore. 👀⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We're building a partnership that's close to my heart… one focused on giving the next generation of culinary talent hands-on experience instead of just classroom theory.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I believe the future of hospitality in this region depends on whether we invest in the people coming up behind us. Not someday. Now.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
More details soon. For now, just know this one matters to me. ⁣⁣

Mecum Auctions is back at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center this week, running from Wednesday, July 22 through Saturday, July 25, and we are thrilled to mark our fifth consecutive year managing the entire food and beverage footprint.

Feeding tens of thousands of car enthusiasts across a million-square-foot facility over four fast-paced days takes serious teamwork and service excellence. Our team is fully staged across the complex to handle everything from public concessions and seat-side delivery to crew dining and the upscale VIP Gold Bidders Lounge.

Check out our latest blog post to get a behind-the-scenes look at how our team pulls off an operation of this scale.
