Kirbytown Farms Kirbytown Farms This farm has been operated by the Kirby's since 1876. It was operated as a dairy farm until 1992.

In 2003 Leslie and Tammy Kirby resumed operations of the farm as a beef and crop operation. Currently their son-in-law Jason and daughter Jessica have been expanding the farm as a space to host ministries and youth events for the tri-state area.
