Friendly Reminder from Aimee’s Produce & Country Store
We love seeing everyone stop in, but we’re not really a “try before you buy” kind of store.

A few things we’d appreciate you NOT doing:

Plugging watermelons by poking holes in them.
Squeezing, pressing, or digging your fingers into cantaloupes.
Taking bites out of produce to “see if it’s good.”
Grabbing drinks from the cooler and enjoying them before paying.
Sampling berries, cherries, grapes, or anything else as you shop.
Peeling back corn husks just to take a peek.
Treating every tomato like it’s being tested for a NASA mission.
The good news? If you have questions about ripeness, flavor, or how to pick the perfect fruit, just ask! We’re always happy to help you find the best one.

While we’re clearing up a few things, here’s another friendly reminder:

We accept CASH and CREDIT CARDS only.
We do not accept checks and will not be accepting checks in the future.

Remember, every poke, squeeze, bite, and sample can make a product unsellable, and nobody wants to take home a watermelon with a mystery hole in it.
