✨ Time to get the seating chart ready!

Our mirror seating chart is getting its finishing touches. A little masking tape on the back helps keep each name securely in place and looking perfect throughout the wedding.

And here's a little behind-the-scenes tip we love at The Barn at Twiggys...

During cocktail hour, we like to move the seating chart mirror so guests aren't all lined up at the entrance trying to get into the barn for the reception.

Instead, we encourage everyone to take a few minutes during cocktail hour to find their table and get familiar with the seating chart. Then, when it's time to open the doors, everyone can head in and find their seats without the crowd!

A little planning goes a long way in keeping the celebration flowing smoothly. 🤍

✨ What goes down our aisle during the ceremony?

Such a sweet couple, so full of love and excitement! ❤️ They couldn’t wait to see each other for their first look, and it was such a special moment. The rest of the day was filled with lots of dancing, laughter, and celebrating with their family and friends. You could truly see how happy they were to be surrounded by the people they love! 💕

💍🚨 RING SECURITY ALERT! 🚨💍

Watch out... the rings are officially in our possession! 😄

Our little ring security team has one very important job today: **keep those rings safe and get them to the couple when it's time.**

They're ready for their big handoff and, before long, those rings will be on the fingers of two people saying “I do.” 🤍

It's a small detail in the grand scheme of the wedding day—but definitely one we don't want to mess up!

✨ A mirror seating chart is one of the features we have available for our brides!

💙 The big wedding day setup is coming together!

This wedding is all about the light blue and dark blue details. From the napkins to the favors, everything is starting to come together one table at a time.

We start with our standard table setup, then add the couple's personal touches—charger plates, beautifully tied napkins, and favors for their guests.

And honestly... isn't it nice to walk into a venue that's already decorated and ready for you to add your own special details? 🤍

No starting with an empty room. No decorating every single table from scratch. Just bring your vision, your personal touches, and let it all come together.

⛈️ The storms were about to roll in on this wedding day...

BUT GOD. 🙌

Just when we were watching the weather and wondering if this beautiful couple would be able to have their ceremony outside, the skies held back long enough for them to get married in Graceland. 🤍

And what a beautiful day it was.

Sweet memories of the bride surrounded by her family, her children, and her new husband. Moments that can't be recreated and memories they'll carry with them forever.

And then came one of my favorite moments...

A private dance inside the barn, just the two of them, praising God's name and thanking Him for the day He gave them. 🙏❤️

The storm clouds may have been waiting, but God had a different plan.

**Sometimes you just have to stand back and say... BUT GOD.**

He held back the rain.
He made a way.
He gave them their beautiful moment.

And all we can say is...

**Hallelujah! 🙌👑**
