NEW BOOK COMING SOON!

A COMPENDIUM OF KNOWLEDGE ON THE WORLD’S OLDEST ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE AND ITS METHODS OF PRODUCTION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF A POLISH MEAD MAKER

In this book you will find everything related to the broad topic of mead; its history, the different styles of mead, their production methods, and means of evaluation. It is an extensive presentation of the topic, and although it is intended mainly for beginners and intermediate mead makers, there is plenty of interesting and useful content for both experienced mead makers, and mead lovers.

The information presented here will not only allow readers to create their own honey drinks, but also to thoroughly understand the tradition and craft of creating meads, and the customs of mead makers and mead drinkers.
