The Advanced Science of Cataclysmic Hop Levels is a boundary-pushing collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing Company. One of our biggest dry-hops gets amplified with Abstrax Hops BrewGas, botanically derived terpenes replicating the aromatic profiles of your favorite iconic cannabis, helping to unlock new dimensions of saturated aromatics and explosive flavor, all without THC or C*D.

We started with Citra and Mosaic Incognito alongside Citra Lupomax, then dry-hopped with Nelson, Motueka, Citra Lupomax, and Eclipse. To take it over the top in flavor and dankness, we finished with OG Kush BrewGas from Abstract Hops.

Bursting with tropical fruit, citrus, and super dank aromatics, this blend of hop products is loaded with mango, passionfruit, lime zest, and white grape layered with resinous pine and extreme cannabis-like dankness. Juicy orange and melon lead into gooseberry and diesel undertones, finishing soft and with a hoppy bitter resin with our tailored EQ Juice finish, making it unclear what type of glass vessel you just had in your hand.

Almond Pop starts with a viscous base before we add toasted almonds, marshmallows, Madagascar vanilla, cake mix, and lactose. Almond Pop has notes of a wonderful childhood memory starting with toasted almond ice-cream pop and candy birthday cake flavor with the perfect balance of nutty, meets sweet, meets creamy, meets decadent. Like drinking a liquid almond ice cream bar, the finish is velvety and luxurious and will have you going in for your next bite…. we mean sip in no time!

Many have been asking about the next TIPA release, so here you go! Straight Outta The Laboratory is back! Massive aromas of freshly squeezed citrus, lime, and grapefruit give way to explosive flavors of bright tropical orange juice, mango smoothie, and dank grass. Each sip is the perfect mix of big flavors, chewy resin and residual sweetness balanced by a soft bitterness and a big EQ Finish with nearly undetectable ABV.

Barrel Aged Heisenmoose Uncertainty Principle is here! In the quantum realm, uncertainty reigns, unless you’ve given the equation a little more time (in a 🥃 barrel!!).
A play on the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle of 1927, BA Heisenmoose Uncertainty Principle examines one of our favorite ice creams, Moose Tracks, through our experimental lens. We started with a rich Imperial Stout base, aged it in 🥃 barrels, then loaded it up with peanuts, cacao, Madagascar vanilla, caramel, and graham crackers to complete the hypothesis.
After time in oak, the equation has shifted. Bourbon and barrel-derived oak weave through layers of brownie batter, peanut butter M&M’s, yellow cake, and Snickers bars, while vanilla, cacao, and caramel deepen into a dense, dessert-like profile. Velvety and decadent, with a touch of chocolate roast for balance, this is what happens when you let the variables drift.
It’s hitting draft lines in the taproom, and bottles are available on our website now!

Cipher is named after an algorithm for encrypting and decrypting data by using a method in which each letter in the plain text is replaced by a letter with a fixed number of positions down the alphabet.
Loaded with Enigma, Cipher (IPA) unlocks the code with a 100% Enigma dry hop following its 2-row and wheat base and Strata whirlpool. Bold flavors of citrus, passionfruit, dank grassy melon, green grapes, and stone fruit wrap up with our rainbow melon finish that will help decode this IPA after a few sips.

It’s not a dream 😴, Pistachio Dream Dessert takes inspiration from the delightful pistachio and pecan-crusted, layered whipped pie. We started with a creamy base stout and added pistachios, pecans, coconut, marshmallow, and Madagascar vanilla. Soft, creamy, and weighted on the palate, Pistachio Dream Dessert offers pillowy layers of creamy pistachio pudding, thick fudge, and baker’s chocolate, an earthy sweet nuttiness paired with scoops of marshmallow fluff and vanilla frosting. The extremely balanced finish makes this b**r disappear quickly and will have you in a dream sequence in no time.
Pistachio Dream Dessert will hit draft in the taproom and is available for pickup and shipping!

Brewed year-round and always flowing at the brewery, it’s our expression of a clean, crisp, and endlessly refreshing everyday b**r.

A collaboration not for ants, we teamed up with Xul B**r Company to bring you a ridiculously good-looking b**r: Xulander.
Xulander is a hop saturated DIPA built on a really, really ridiculously good-looking hop bill of Citra, Mosaic Incognito, and T-90s in the whirlpool, followed by a heavy dry hop of Citra, Enigma, Krush, and Galaxy for a supermodel-level collision of citrus, passionfruit, pineapple, mango, peach, and ripe berry. Malted barley, flaked oats, torrefied wheat, chit malt, and malted oats support a full, smooth body with a lingering hop finish.

Cosmic Drift is a 6.5% IPA that’s here to throw your hop trajectory slightly off course.
Built on malted barley, flaked wheat, and torrefied wheat, then propelled by a unique blend of PNW and Southern Hemisphere hops. Bright pineapple and juicy melon notes send this one drifting into the tropical unknown, with a soft, expressive finish that keeps the signal coming through to help us remember not all objects maintain a predictable trajectory.

Cosmic Drift is on draft in the taproom and available in cans for pickup or shipping.
