🌮 Smoked Brisket Birria Tacos (3) – Pit smoked brisket simmered in a rich birria sauce, topped with fresh pico de gallo, queso fresco, crispy onion straws, and salsa roja. Served on grilled tortillas with cilantro lime basmati rice – $26

🌭 Smoked Lager Bratwurst – Smoked jumbo bratwurst simmered in YAH! Brew’s Mexican lager, topped with BBQ Dijon mustard sauce, Cooper Sharp cheese, and sautéed peppers & onions on a toasted Amoroso’s roll. Served with hand cut fries – $22

🥪 Pit Smoked Brisket Sandwich – Slow smoked brisket topped with our signature bourbon BBQ sauce and crispy onion straws on a warm brioche roll. Served with hand cut fries – $20
