18 Years ago I started growing hops and malts to support my home brewing hobby. Eventually several of my brewing friends wanted in on the fresh and local supply so we formed the Hop Co-Op on 56 acres of un-used farm land and began expanding hop production for our personal use. Over the last two years the group dissolved the co-op and I am now on my own which is why I started the Yankee Springs Hop

Co. I am excited to grow my farm from a couple of acres to several hundred over the next several years. Once established, I look forward to providing a quality Michigan hop to brewers of all types. Thank you for checking out my page and for your patience as I start over from scratch!
