Its that time!!!! Thank you to all of the Midland County youth that entered the essay contest on why you would like to receive a market lamb to participate in the Midland Fair this year. We here at the farm along with M&M Feeds/Formula of Champions, are excited to announce that the 2024 recipient is Benjamin Skelton!!
Congratulations Benjamin and we all are looking forward to seeing all that you accomplish this year with your lamb.
Special thanks to M & M Feed in Coleman, Michigan and Formula of Champions who together will be sponsoring the feed for this market lamb project! We thank them for their support!

Hello Midland County Youth: We are excited to continue to pay it forward again in 2024. Boulder Clay Farm in Midland, Michigan, would like to give away a market lamb to a Midland County youth who like to take a lamb as their primary project for the 2024 Midland Fair. If you are enrolled with a large animal 4H lamb project by March 1 and are interested, all you have to do is submit an essay on why you would like to take a lamb as your primary project this year. Essays can be submitted via email: [email protected] by March 22nd. The farm hands will evaluate the essays and make the selection and notification by March 31st.
Again this year, we are very thankful for the sponsorship of feed for this project by M&M Feeds in Coleman, Michigan and Formula of Champions.
