Taking the year off due to obligations with school. Can't wait for next season!

Collected 210 gallons today and got a good portion boiled down tonight. Tomorrow I will finish boiling the rest!

Collected today. Around 65 gallons from 100 taps. Tomorrow should be better and we will flood the pan and start boiling!!!!
