WOW!! What a fantastic turnout this weekend and it's not over yet. We truly appreciate ALL of our customers.

We wanted to share some photos from our attendance at the NYIOOC last week at The Olive Oil Times' Education Lab headed up by Curtis Cord, Excecutive Director who is a certified olive oil sommelier, journalist, and leading expert dedicated to olive oil education and quality standards.

Our learned so much and made wonderful connections in the industry (e.g. Estate owners, farmers, store owners, agriculturists and biologists). Here's to always learning more within your industry and sharing more information with YOU 🫒🫒

Good morning folks 😀 We wanted to share a salad 🥗 we had the opportunity to really enjoy at over Mother's day weekend.

Instead of apples, we used sun-dried tomatoes and our new Dolca Mella apple vinegar.

The peppery arugula compliments the fennel's sweetness along with the twang of goat cheese and crunchy walnuts topped with a creamy dressing.
