Wow, oh what a night! Thank you so much to everyone that came out last night and gave me an opportunity to share some LOVE through food.

let’s run it back! Was a great time collaborating and sharing the kitchen with you and creating beautiful food together.

When two worlds collide for one common purpose, sharing love through food….

Wok Hei returns to the BP this Saturday, August 22! Chef Long and his friend Alex Buc are ready to bring it!

Starting things off will be the infamous Pu Pu Platter, Wok Hei style, and yes, enough to share!

On deck will be our version of the Baltimore favorite, Soft Shell Crab Loaded Sammy- imagine a crispy soft shell crab, topped with a lump crab cake, top that with melted cheddar cheese and spicy remoulade, on a freshly steamed house made bao bun roll, then have some hot French Fries dusted with Kaffir lime scented salt and Sriracha ketchup. And we’re just getting started! Next up is the wok seared peppercorn crusted NY Strip drizzled with soy butter sauce, wasabi mashed potatoes, and garlic Chinese broccoli. Next is the caramelized pork belly pizza, Gochujang cream sauce, cilantro aioli on house made crust. Then there’s the Miso Garlic Butter Ramen Noodles- no caption needed! And finally, the Vietnamese Coffee Tiramisu will cure that crave.

Online ordering is now open to place your preorders at www.wokheibycheflong.com. *New Process! Please place your orders for Saturday night’s pickup by 5pm Thursday, August 19 to guarantee your order. We’ll still take orders until the day of but will be based on availability.
