Spawning season at Springcress Trout Farm!

Our fertilized eggs are placed into an incubator that gently rolls the eggs to provide oxygen. This is to simulate the general tumbling of eggs on a gravel bed of a stream in nature. It will take about 31 days after being fertilized for the rainbow trout to hatch.
