Looking for the ultimate crowd-pleaser? These fried wontons are the perfect blend of a shattering crisp shell and a savory, juicy interior. Whether it’s a graduation party or family movie night, these disappear faster than you can plate them.

We’re using Empire Kosher Ground Turkey for a lean and flavorful base that also lets the ginger and garlic shine.

Crispy Turkey Wontons
Yields: Approx. 24 wontons

Ingredients:

1 lb Empire Kosher Ground Turkey
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 pack wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. Mix: In a large bowl, combine the turkey, ginger, garlic, onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until just combined.

2. Fold: Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of a wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold into a triangle, and press to seal (pinch the corners together for that classic look!).

3. Fry: Heat 2 inches of oil in a heavy pot. Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until deep golden brown.

4. Drain: Place on a wire rack or paper towels and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Bright, zesty, and delicious 🍋✨with Empire Kosher cutlets, this lemon herb chicken is the kind of recipe you’ll keep coming back to!

INGREDIENTS
1 package Empire Kosher Thin Sliced Bonleess Skinless Chicken Breasts or
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic crushed
peel from one lemon
½ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
salt and pepper
lemon slices (garnish)
fresh herbs (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Using a vegetable peeler, slice large strips of lemon zest. Try not to go too deep so you are just removing the peel and not the white pith.

2. Place garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped herbs into a zip-top bag or container.

3. Place chicken in bag with the marinade and seal. Rotate and massage bag so the chicken pieces are well coated.

4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 3 hours. Remove bag at least once during the marinating time to rotate the bag to redistribute ingredients.

5. Preheat a clean and lightly oiled grill to hot.

6. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade along with the garlic and lemon peel. Place chicken on hot grill and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

7. Cook on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side until the chicken is golden and fully cooked. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and juices run clear.

8. Remove chicken from grill and cover loosely with foil for about 5 minutes before serving with additional lemons slices and herbs for garnish.
