Kim and Fred both grew up on multi-generation dairy farms; daily contact with cattle has given them an intuitive sense with cattle. Our rolling hills are a great place to raise contented and healthy cattle in their natural environment. Our calves remain with their mothers until 7 months of age. The females then enter the breeding herd, the males are sold as bulls to other farms, or finished as fre

ezer beef. Our beef is free of additives, hormones, or drugs, is grown completely naturally. Our steers remain on pasture being fed grass or hay with just a little corn silage in winter to produce the most tenderness while remaining very lean. Our ground beef is consistently above 90% leanness.
