At Bear Bones Winery we often get this question about making good wines. A key part of a great wine is the grower! Vic from Valkommen Vineyard is an example of an amazing growing partner. For 2 years she has been tending these grapes with care and attention that is exceptional. We are fortunate this year to be able to acquire some of the grapes from this vineyard (often bigger wineries have contracts for all the grapes) and they are some of the best grapes we've ever purchased from a partner grower. We can't wait to unveil this new dry white wine in our line up for next spring! Thanks Vic - your grapes are wonderful!
