We’re offering three varieties: Savory, Sweet, and Spicy! We’re still playing with the recipe and it’ll get fine tuned over time, but everyone has to start somewhere!

Have you ever wanted to cook a Tomahawk Steak, but don’t know how?! Fear no more it’s actually an easy cook!

🌡️ Fire the grill up to 500 degrees
🥩 Flip every 3-5 minutes
⏰ Grill for 10 minutes per pound
🔪 Slice and serve

Fun fact a Tomahawk is just a thick cut Ribeye.

Our busiest weekend of the year selling steaks is the Friday to Sunday of Father's day. Whoever guesses the closest will get (2) free T-Bones and they can redeem the steak this Friday to Sunday. THE QUESTION IS: How many pounds of steak do you think we sold last year between Friday & Sunday?!

To qualify submit your guess in the comments, and also tell us what your favorite cut of steak is! Winner will be announced Thursday night.

🔥🏁 RIB WARS COMPETITORS WANTED! 🏁🔥

Think you have the best ribs around? Now is your chance to prove it.

Ogilvie Raceway is looking for teams to compete in RIB WARS on Saturday, July 18, before the Mod Wars USMTS vs WISSOTA event!

Spots are limited, and once they’re full, they’re full — so get your team signed up ASAP.

🏆 People’s Choice Payouts:
1st Place — $500
2nd Place — $250
3rd Place — $125

Team entry is $125 and includes the competition meat and race tickets for your team. The ribs for the competition will be provided to teams by Ogilvie Raceway and sourced from Milaca Meats. Thanks to Milaca Meats for sponsoring Mod Wars and for all their help with this exciting event!

A portion of the proceeds from Rib Wars will be donated to support Ogilvie Athletics. We are excited to use this event as a way to bring the community together for great BBQ, great racing, and a great local cause!

Teams are responsible for their own cooking equipment, sauces, seasonings, fuel, tables, tents, and setup supplies.

Gather your crew, fire up the smoker, and come compete for cash, a sweet custom K2 Fabrication trophy, bragging rights, and the title of Rib Wars Champion at Ogilvie Raceway!

Fans, plan on showing up early to Mod Wars and enjoying some awesome ribs!!!

Dog Wars fans and future competitors, don’t worry. We will still be hosting the hot dog eating contest at intermission during Mod Wars - Friday night at Princeton and Saturday night at Ogilvie.
