Here We Dough We are a local food truck owned and operated by David Stein & Amber Rainey-Stein serving Miles City the best Stone Fired Pizzas and tasty Dessert Pizzas.

Yesterday was a Win! Despite the rain 🌧 blowing sideways temporarily cooling our ovens, our cook slipping with a pizza 🍕 in hand, pizza boxes wet. We endured, the golfers ⛳️ endured and most importantly we put out a ton of delicious pizzas for the ccdhs booster club golf scramble. Thank you to all those who came out to support us and this amazing event! We are taking a couple weeks off to create some new specialty pizzas and a new dessert pizza. We've got great news!! 📰 🍕 We got our ovens repaired like new and ready for action. 🎬 We tested some pizzas out tonight and they tasted amazing. We have 2 back up ovens on the way just in case they want to give us a fit in the future.
So we decided we are a full go for this Saturday 11am-2pm at the Miles City Town and Country club ⛳️ where $1 from each pizza sold will be donated to the CCDHS Booster club to support athletics. 🏀 We will be posting our menu soon!

Oh boy, some days you shouldn't get out of bed. Today was one of those days. We are so sorry to all those we failed. Our ovens cant keep up with the demand of big groups of people all at once. The stones lose heat after every pizza we cook and need time to reheat to give our crust that perfect crisp. On top of the regulators not keeping the ovens at temp, we failed miserably today. We will rally. We won't quit, but please have patience while we work to correct the problem. Thank you to those who messaged us, we hope we can earn your business again!

We are adding 2 new pizzas 🍕 to our lineup for the barrel race 🐎 this Saturday at the Sage Riders Arena. We need your feedback if they are keepers, if they need the boot 👢 off the menu or if they should be an occasional special. Come see us Saturday from 11am to 2pm or until sold out.
