This Saturday is our last limited market before Maria is back at full capacity! 💪

Randell is loading up and getting ready to go — limited bread selection plus cookies heading to Riverside Park tomorrow morning. 🥖🍪

🌾 Behind the Scenes at Hopkins Homestead 🌾

Thursday check-in from the Hopkins Homestead kitchen! 🤍

While Maria is still recovering from surgery, the boys are hard at work. 😄💪

Randell and Gramps have officially found their rhythm in the kitchen and honestly? We are not going to tell them how impressed we are because then they might expect a raise. Good thing they are only working for bread! 😉

Here is what this week looks like behind the scenes:

🌀 Starter is fed and active
🥣 Dough is being mixed
👀 Quality control is being conducted from the couch

That last one is very important. 😄

This Saturday at Riverside Park, Randell will be at the booth with another carefully made limited selection of bread and cookies — our last limited market before Maria is back at full capacity! 💪
