We missed our spring intern introduction but would like to thank Oscar for all of his contributions! We enjoyed having him!

My name is Oscar Hernandez and I was the Spring intern at Halfmann Land & Livestock. I’m originally from Honduras.

I graduated from Zamorano University in Honduras with a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering and currently finishing my masters degree in Animal Science focusing on ruminant nutrition at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

I’m grateful for the opportunity of learning about pure bred Red Angus cattle and doing research at the Halfmann headquarters. Had an amazing time!!!

Summer/Fall Intern Update – Welcome, Morgan!

Hi everyone! My name is Morgan Muñoz, and I’m excited to be joining Halfmann Land & Livestock as the summer/fall intern. I grew up in Colorado City, Texas, where my family farms and ranches.

I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, and I’m currently in my second year of Texas Tech’s Ranch Management master’s program.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from the Halfmann family and be part of the team. I’m looking forward to gaining hands-on experience, meeting new people, and contributing to the ranch over the coming months.
