So one thing that HAS gone well this year. We grew txorizero peppers for the first time. These are what give SPANISH chorizo it’s delicious and distinctive flavor. They grew beautifully. We have dried and ground some and we also made a gorgeous hot honey. We will definitely be growing these again next year!
