I figured I would re-introduce myself with an action shot because well that’s all I have, and there are so many new people here. Welcome!!

Hi, I'm Jade! I live in Central Illinois and am located in a small, quiet town called Milford. I am a mother of two girls, and I have worked in healthcare for the past 12 years, currently I work as a local traveler. Outside of charcuterie, motherhood, and healthcare.. I love fitness, my three dogs, and plants.

How did I get started? —— I have always enjoyed creating fun food for parties and holidays since my girls were little (they are 16 and 12 now). I started doing charcuterie boards in 2020 for family functions because I enjoyed it and needed something outside of healthcare. In September of 2022, I decided to officially turn my love for all things charcuterie into a little side business. I had zero expectations when I started, and I have been so overwhelmed and grateful for everyone’s support. As always, I am so sorry for everyone I’ve had to turn away. Maybe someday I will be able to devote the time and energy into this business that it deserves.

If you are new here, as a thank you I try to do monthly giveaways (or every other month). The next one will be for Christmas.

A few things to come in the new year; hopefully the option for more classes and more behind the scenes photos and videos!

This board is going to ✨B who is a repeat customer of mine!

Due to all of her continued support, I decided to upgrade her board to my largest, the 22x12”.

I am a firm believer that when you appreciate someone, you show them. (My other repeat customers will be getting a little something extra around Christmas).

Today I spent social hour at Autumn Fields teaching a charcuterie class. I cannot say enough about how amazing Autumn Fields is for the people that live there. (A special for me was getting to spend some time with my Grandma).

They learned my tips on organizing a shopping list, the best places to shop, some how to's on; overall styling, meat flowers, favorite cheeses and cutting styles.

I think the best part?.. sampling all kinds of charcuterie foods AND with some wine.

Thank you again for having me.
