Latergram of our dining experience at ! With its 1 star, they provide one of a kind contemporary Chinese cuisine and incredible cocktails. We opted for the tasting menu because why the hell not and we were not disappointed.
We tried the following:
🧧Scallop 扇贝 (dried plum, tomato, oishii strawberry)
🧧Egg Custard 蒸蛋 (hokkaido uni, abalone)
🧧Wonton 馄饨 (berkshire pork, tiger prawn, goji, superior stock)
🧧Black Cod 黑鳕鱼 (xo emulsion, fish maw, ramp)
🧧Short Rib 牛小排 (sacha beef jus, saffron espuma, hand-cut noodle)
🧧Peach 白桃 (white peach, oolong, osmanthus)
🧧Sesame Cake 芝麻蛋糕 (black sesame, red bean)
🧧Nian Gao (walnut, coconut, lime)
