We are hiring!

We are seeking an experienced Farm Hand/Equipment Operator to join our team in Milford, IN. In this role you will be assisting with our grain and livestock operation by performing a variety of duties which include operating farm equipment, driving truck hauling commodities, and providing animal care.

We offer competitive compensation along with paid holidays and vacation time.

What you will be doing:

Operating various types of farm equipment
Driving a semi hauling commodities
Operating and maintaining irrigation systems
Assisting with field work and trucking during harvest
Supporting livestock operations (pigs)

This job is for you if you have:

Prior farm experience operating equipment
Experience driving a semi (or willing to learn)
Ability to keep detailed records
Ability to work with livestock
Strong work ethic with integrity
Leadership skills and willingness to grow

We finally got the last of the corn out of the field last week. It’s always a good feeling to be done, especially when the last few weeks were spent skating around in the mud.

Breakfast is served! This particular barn is home to 4800 little pigs that are 2 months old. Currently, they consume around 8 tons of feed daily. That number will increase steadily and peak at around 14-15 tons per day when they get older. Forget about going to the market, these little piggies like to stay in where it’s warm and feast!

If you think driving this truck looks fun, you’re right. Apply for a job. We’ll pay you to do it.
