Somewhere between a strawberry patch and a sunny orange grove, a cheesecake decided it was tired of choosing sides.

So it did both.

Our Summer Bliss Cheesecake starts with a sweet graham cracker crust, swirls into a luscious strawberry layer, and finishes with a bright orange cheesecake topping that tastes like summer packed its bags and moved into your dessert plate.

✨ A little throwback to my cake-making days… ✨

Custom cakes were a regular part of what we did a few years back. These days, cheesecakes keep us plenty busy, so cakes have mostly taken a back seat. But every now and then, for friends and family, I still get the itch to pull out the piping bags and have some fun. 🎂💕

This cake is for Lela’s graduation celebration 🎉 tomorrow and it’s a four-layer chocolate cake filled with silky white chocolate ganache and homemade raspberry purée, all wrapped up in our signature American buttercream.

And now I’m curious… if we brought cakes back in a very limited capacity, would that be something you’d be excited to see? 👀🍰💗

Meet the cheesecake that clearly couldn’t decide which cookie it loved most. 🍪✨

Our Cookie Jar Cheesecake is what happens when the cookie jar spills its secrets into a cheesecake. We’ve packed a rich, creamy cheesecake with chunks of our homemade chocolate chip cookies, homemade sugar cookies, and Oreos, all nestled on a chocolate Oreo crust. Then we crown it with a swirl of our fluffy American buttercream, a shower of sprinkles, and plenty of chocolate chips for good measure.

It’s playful, nostalgic, and just the right amount of over-the-top. One bite feels like sneaking a handful from the cookie jar… if the cookie jar happened to be filled with cheesecake dreams. 💕🍪🎉
