Well that's a hazy of a different color! An adventurous re-write of our Stork 9 IPA. Same hops, different hop schedule. Same Cara-Cara orange. Now made with a high ratio of Munich malt and fermented with our ESB yeast. Malty. Hoppy. Delicious!

When I told Jackie that my plan to stay home on Memorial Day was ruined because the IPA absolutely had to get out of the fermenter... well she had a different idea. Joel loves going to Dada's work.
Beer kegged. Cans in the cooler. I still got the day with them. And I got to see a full run of cans done by someone other than me. Our regulars know there are several milestones in this post! ❤️

Progress. Since OGIE opened over 3 years ago, I've hand canned over 16,000 cans. Can sales became too much to sustain. 2 months ago we received our new automated canner. I'm still dialing it in, but if you're a regular you've already noticed that the cooler situation is exponentially better!
