This Thursday, we're sitting down for five courses of German food, six Ayinger beers, and an evening built around one of Bavaria's most celebrated breweries.

German Lentil Soup. Currywurst & Pommes. Schnitzel with Bacon Spätzle. Sauerbraten. Apple Strudel.

Each course has its own Ayinger beer pairing, with a Maibock welcome pour waiting for your when you arrive.

Jibarito Sandwich (Puerto Rican Hillbilly) - Marinated flank steak, tomato, lettuce, fried green plantains, fries

Chicken Fajitas - Grilled chicken, onion, bell peppers, cilantro, roasted salsa, flour tortillas, tortilla chips

Descendants Poutine - Canadian poutine with fries, cheese curds, and gravy

Mozzarella & Fig Flatbread - Shaved mozzarella and goat cheese, sweet fig spread, fresh figs, arugula

Garlic Shrimp - Olive oil poached shrimp, garlic, chili flakes

The leaderboard is getting competitive—and there's a whole lot of whiskey left to explore.

Whiskey River Club is your invitation to work your way through Descendants' extensive collection of whiskeys from around the world, learning a little (or a lot) along the way. From bourbon and rye to the regions of Scotland, Irish whiskey, international pours, unusual finishes, and bottles you may never have encountered before, there's always something new waiting behind the bar.
