Spring is here, and we have a couple of potential openings. I have 1 pasture board that would share a 2.5 acre pasture with an older mare and gelding with a 36' x 12' run or a pasture board that could share with my 2 broodmares with a private run in barn... Or, I have 1-2 potential stall board openings in the main barn.

We are right off Route 1 and conveniently located just off of the several exits - the 14 exit, the Thompsonville exit, and the DE Turf exit. We are pretty easy to get to, even when there is beach traffic.



We have 16 acres. There are 11 paddocks ranging from small/dry lot type to 3 acres. The indoor wash rack, all stalls, and the 2 stall run-in paddock are matted. Ample tack area and a large barn for overflow storage. We have free trailer parking.

There is a 60' round pen and a 100x200 sand riding ring. Full care includes hay, grain, turnout, bedding, and stall cleaning. We do not offer self-care or lessons.

References available from several vets, farriers, and trainers. $425/month pasture board (with run-in) or $450/month stall board.

Fantastic opportunity! In-utero half Arabian foal by JRA Azul x Penelope Rose RF. Dam is a tall mare at 15.3 and very fancy with a huge body and loads of substance. Class A and East Coast champion in SHIH and halter. Fun to ride with a very pretty face. Her 1st foal is tall and extremely feminine.

This foal is expected about April 15. Sweepstakes and US Halter futurity nominated. I also nominated for Canada, but don't know what is going on with that. Should be a western pleasure, Sport horse, or ranch riding super star!!! Grab it before it's born for only ☝️✋️OO
