Chappell Red Angus

Chappell Red Angus Chappell Red Angus is a small 25 head cow/calf operation located in central Pennsylvania. It is owned and operated by Dan and Erica Chappell.

We are dedicated to producing top quality Red Angus cattle. We utilize both natural and AI breeding in our program, as well as embryo transfers. Our animals are all ultrasounded for carcass data and our bulls are semen tested. We like to provide our customers with as much data as possible in their decision making process. Raising cattle is a passion we both share. We are proud of our herd and would love to give you a tour of our facility. So, if you are in the area, please stop by and visit us!

We can't thank everyone enough for making our 2026 sale a success! First, thank to all our customers, near and far, for attending, bidding and buying. We wouldn't be here without you! And then there's everyone else that works "behind the scenes" to make this sale happen...our friends who help with clipping, photos, videos and everything else we do to get these animals sale ready. Our cooperators for trusting us to raise their animals. Our family for all their help on sale day with food, registration and videos. And to our vets (Centre Herd Health Services), for being on-site sale day for health charts and for keeping our cattle healthy year round.
