is a boutique venison company, who has been in the business of providing all natural, farm-raised, pasture-fed venison to the top chefs in the United States for the past 25 years. Our brand has a long-standing reputation for providing high-end restaurants with a product of exceptional quality. Our product comes exclusively from farmed deer. They are free-roaming and fed locally sourced hay, grain,
and produce, which helps create the exquisite flavor and marvelous tenderness of our venison. Adding to the qualities that make them so special, no steroids or growth promotants are used, so the meat is free of hormones and other chemical additives. Our meat is shipped fresh, never frozen (unless requested). Venison is lower in fat, lower in cholesterol, and higher in protein than beef, which makes it a healthier alternative for red meat lovers. It falls under the American Heart Association´s guidelines for fat, cholesterol, and calories, making it a perfect heart healthy/calorie conscious menu option. Processing is done year round in our NY State Inspected Article 5-A NYS Licensed Processing Plant, to ensure that the highest standards are followed. All of the deer we raise are 100% Herd Certified and the same license allows us to ship venison to all 50 States.
What makes us so special, aside from the remarkably high quality product we offer, is how closely we pay attention to detail. We cater to the needs of our chefs and offer personalized round-the-clock service. The deer are all farm raised under our strict guidelines to ensure the best possible farm to table venison on the market
TYPE OF DEER
We raise Fallow deer, Red deer and our unique hybrid, the Super Red, which is a Red deer-Elk cross. The Super Red provides the perfect combination of optimum size and tenderness. The age of our deer at time of fabrication is 16-24 months. This is the age at which the body has grown to its prime size without compromising tenderness. SHIPPING INFORMATION
We mainly ship Monday through Thursday; rarely on a Friday or weekend - ours is a perishable product and weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Orders may be placed round-the-clock via [email protected] or during regular business hours at
845-677-8457. We request a bit of lead time on each order, to ensure that we can fulfill it. Having requests in by 11pm EST on Thursdays is ideal for our team. That being said, we strive to send out last minute orders when needed, so please never be shy about asking for meat outside of this time frame. We are happy to accept standing orders, which helps to guarantee availability. Our product is shrink-wrapped in plastic, rewrapped with several absorbent, protective, and waterproof layers, and then is set with ice packs, which are used to keep the product cold and fresh.
