passionate and skilled Sous Chef
to support our kitchen operations. Prior experience as a Sous Chef or a strong background in professional kitchens.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
efficiently.

Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with the team.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.

Comfortable working with meats and diverse ingredients.

Introducing The Simple Fare’s naked cakes, just in time for summer. I have always been influenced by French and Korean baking techniques for my desserts. So our celebration square cake now combines the best of both of these components. Our cake layers are now ultra thin and made with a light Korean sponge and filled with pastry cream/ lime curd/ whipping cream and fresh fruits. Cakes, not too sweet, fresh and light that will want you asking for more. Available in 1.Mango & Passion 2. Raspberry, lychee &rose 3. Rasmalai 3. Pineapple cream 4. Cafe mocha. Our Winter Mithai Box is here. What is Mithai? Mithai are mini decadent gluten free bites made with milk, nuts and different flavoring such as fruit purées, spices etc. Our Mithai box is actually a fusion dessert box containing bites of Mango Saffron Barfi, Besan Barfi ( chickpea flour fudge), salted caramel peda and rose Barfi.
