Trust us... we completely understand why people sometimes question our service charge. We don't like additional fees anymore than anyone else. But a service charge is our best attempt at transparency in our pricing. The cost of ingredients, kitchen and serving staff is easy to itemize. But behind the scenes of Carolyn's Personalized Catering, the cost of utilities, office operations, office staff, equipment and building maintenance can be a little more difficult to pinpoint a cost. Our service charge is the best way to ensure that you're getting the best service and experience possible, without overpaying.
