There’s something about a farmers market that we love. ❤️
You see the tents, the food, the people, the small businesses…
But behind every booth is someone who spent hours preparing, packing, driving, setting up, and showing up hoping to make a few sales that day.
And lately, some vendors have had people stealing from their booths.

That one really hits differently.
These aren’t giant corporations with endless inventory. These are small businesses, families, makers, farmers and people trying to make their dream work.

If you’re at a farmers market and see something suspicious, look out for the vendors around you. Say something to the vendor or market staff.
And if you can’t afford something, ask. ❤️
We’d rather have a conversation than watch someone walk away feeling like they had no other option.

Shop small. Support local. Protect the people who show up for your community.

We’ve been hearing from a lot of you:

So we made a change. ❤️

Starting this weekend all salsa:

Not because we knew it would work.
We just knew we had to try.
One little idea turned into a family business, farmers markets, awards, customers who became friends, and a community we never could have imagined when we started.
There were plenty of reasons to quit.
We just kept doing it anyway.

If you’re building something right now and someone thinks you’re crazy…
keep going. They don’t have to see the vision. You do. ❤️
And to everyone who has bought a salsa, shared a post, told a friend, stopped by our booth, or simply cheered us on…

Sometimes being a small business owner is WILD. 😂
We recently started thinking about the resort that banned us from selling after we were outselling their entire concession stand. 🌶️
At first, it was frustrating.

Now? It’s one of those stories we laugh about and remember how far we’ve come.
And it got us thinking…🤔

Every small business has a story nobody sees. The crazy wins, the setbacks, the doors that closed, the doors that opened, and the moments where you just kept going.

There are a lot of salsas out there. We know.
So what makes Sauced Up Salsa different? 🤔

🔥 We fire-roast our ingredients instead of just boiling them. That smoky flavor you get? That’s the good stuff.

🔪 We hand-cut our ingredients. Every tomato, pepper, onion and everything in between gets attention before it ever becomes salsa.

🌱 We care about the ingredients. We source locally. We hand-pick, inspect, sort, clean and prep our produce because quality matters to us.

👨‍👩‍👧 We’re a family business. This started as something for our family and grew into something way bigger than we ever imagined.

But honestly?

The biggest difference is how much we care about what goes into that container.
Every batch represents hours of work, a lot of love, and a family that still gets excited when someone tells us:
