We'll dim the lights, light the candles, slow things down for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and good vibes.

And because this is Kinsmen, we'll raise a cold one together after class. 🍻

Since the day we opened our doors, we've loved bringing people together through fitness and community.

From Pints & Poses to BARRE classes, kickboxing, self-defense, Pilates, run club, bike club, and everything in between... if it gets people moving and having fun, we're in.

Last Friday, we quietly dropped Low Key Banger back on tap. Sticking with some updated techniques to our IPAs. This is easily the best batch yet.

Using 100% for a creamy body, and bursting with notes of ripe citrus, strawberry, melon, & ruby red grapefruit. This 4.7% small ipa drinks big! A perfect brew to enjoy on our trailside patio!
