Long time, no post. 🤍
Life has been busy lately in all the best ways.
Back in April, our sweet Esther, our very first ewe, gave birth to our very first lamb. A little ewe lamb named Ruth. Getting to witness her birth and watch Esther become a mama was such a special moment for us and one we’ll never forget.
Since then, we’ve had our first rabbits born, many many birds hatch, and we even brought home a new kitty, Tyrone.
I got a new job that brings me joy and more time with my kiddos. We’re also getting closer to building our home on the farm, which still feels a little surreal to say out loud.
But in between all the sweetness, this season has brought heartache too. We lost our sweet Oakleigh back in November. She was deeply loved and still very missed around here & I’m still struggling with TN flares.
This life has a funny way of holding joy and grief at the same time. But overall, we’re feeling really thankful for this season and excited for what’s ahead.
