Established in 2013, Nonna's Bakeshop was founded by newlywed couple Thomas & Jessica Fallica, who began baking and selling cookies out of their gourmet deli-market in Miller Place. As a lovers of family and food, the Fallica's have gone back to their roots and perfected a family recipe that is near and dear to their hearts, the Rainbow Cookie. Nonna's Bakeshop offers no ordinary Rainbow Cookie. N

onna's Rainbow Cookies are moist, colorful sponge cakes, layered with fresh apricot preserves and topped with milk chocolate drizzle. They are light, sweet and easy to eat. Nonna's Rainbow Cookies are baked daily with fresh ingredients, no preservatives and lots of love. From our family to yours, we invite you to try Nonna's Rainbow Cookies at any of these convenient locations:

Our minimum opening order is two cases. Nonna’s Bake Shop does not allow mixing or splitting orders. Terms:

Orders are shipped when prepaid by credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards. Wholesale customers may apply for terms but please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. We do NOT accept personal checks. Nonna’s Bakeshop reserves the right to revoke payment terms at any time, without notice, and reinstate prepaid terms using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Shipping:

Credit or exchange will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery. Samples:
