3 year old White Dorper ewe with her 80 day old twins. Only grass during the summer and hay during the winter. She will most likely fully shed in the next week or so. Ram lamb is available. No the ewe lamb is not going anywhere. 😀 These are the kind we are striving to produce.

The ewes and lambs are flourishing on this smorgasbord of forage. These commercial White Dorper sheep make it easy and do most of the work for you. These ewes are just over a year old and lambed three weeks ago. With udders like this, the lambs will certainly grow well. Diet of strictly hay and mineral. Two of them are feeding twins. This is the kind of production we are striving to produce. Ram lambs will be available in June.

Lambing has begun with the commercial White Dorpers. These ewes are 13 months old and have been living on strictly grass, hay and mineral. Both have twins and lambed unassisted. The lambs are sired by "Yankee" who was between 6 and 7 months old at the time of breeding. When we decided to get into commercial White Dorpers, this was what we had in mind. Low input and highly productive. We could not be happier with our purchases from White Clover Sheep Farm.
