Hello to all of you who enjoy good beef! We are once again taking orders for beef, by the whole, half, or quarter!
The price this year is $3.00 a pound, by the hanging weight. That is what the weight is with the head, hide, and innards removed, before it is cut into those recognizable steaks etc.!
Please message us ASAP, as it is first come, first served! We have 5 ready to go in next week, so it could be on your table or in your freezer in approximately 3 weeks! Get ready for summer cookouts!

Hello friends, I’m gonna get on here just to let you all know that we are taking orders for beef. We sell by the whole ,half or by the quarter. They are scheduled to butcher starting in April all the way though July. Some of you did not order in time last year and we ran out. I am sorry about that. So please order in plenty of time and we will make sure you get some of this good non gmo grain fed beef. We have added an extra 10% increase in our pricing to cover our inflated feed and operating expenses, the processing is being done by Miller custom meats here locally and their prices are pretty much the same as they were last year. hope to see you this spring!

Meat is coming in today from being processed, and we will have boxes available tomorrow!
Supply is limited, so it’s first come, first served basis!
Price is up a little, as costs are all up. So sorry! $265 a 40 lb. box…a mix of awesome steaks, hamburger patties, and hamburger, the same as last summer.
If you’ve had our beef before, I don’t think I need to explain more. It speaks for itself. If you haven’t, and need more details, I will try to post lists of what’s in the boxes, after it’s in the boxes. 🙂

Meat boxes are in!!!
The beef came back from being processed today, and there are some boxes sorted and available!
As offered in a previous post, we put together 40 pound boxes of beef, like a sampler of what you get when you order beef from us.
Each box varies some, and we have done our best to fill each one with an assortment of cuts. There is approximately 26 pounds of burger, (some in patties and some in 1 pound packages) and 14 pounds of steaks!
Place your order as soon as possible! We have more beef scheduled to go in, and if the need is there, we will make up more boxes.
First come, first served! Your choice of box. Each box will have a basic list of what’s inside. (Subject to human error.🤪)
What you will absolutely get is 40 pounds of yummy beef!
(We did not include any beef liver, but if you would like some, please ask and you will get a package added besides your box.)
Please disregard any individual prices you might see on packages in these pictures and in your box if you get one. They are just there from the butchers.
Each 40 pound box costs $250, packaging included, no extra charges for anything.
Message us to schedule a pick up at our farm at your convenience!

We have decided to try something different to accommodate more of you! If you are a small family, or don’t have much freezer space, this is for you!
We are putting together 40 pound meat boxes. Each box will include individually packaged steaks, 1 pound packages of hamburger, hamburger patties...as fair and even of an assortment of what you would get when you order a whole beef... just in a sampler size!
Included in “steaks” will be an assortment of t-bones, ribeye, sirloin, etc..
Some boxes will have brisket and some will have ribs. First to purchase will get their choice.
These boxes should be available for the weekend of July 4th. The beef is currently in the cooler at the butcher shop. When we get the meat boxed, we will post more details on what ratios of what, are in the box.
Price per box will be $250, which includes processing. Boxes will need to be picked up at our farm via appointment, so please contact us! This is your opportunity to get top quality beef, no hassle involved, straight from our farm to your table!

Here’s a bit of a peek at the “farm” end of what you get to put on your table when you order beef from us!
Today we are making beef cow hay. It’s a beautiful day, some clouds overhead are contributing to the hay not drying as quickly as we’d like, but enough! Rain is forecasted for tomorrow, so they are going to get it done!
We feed this hay all winter to our cows. The steers that are getting fattened have free choice hay and grains. We have quite a few available for order yet!
