Fresh haze friday! Homebody is our latest IPA creation, highlighting a few subtle process tweaks to boost the body and aromatics. An overwhelming amount of oats keep the mouthfeel full, but a few other adjustments help keep it from feeling too heavy. Creamy citrus, ripe guava, light pineapple and mango, all make for a delightful warm weather treat.

Available on tap and in cans today!

We also have our friends from Guatelicious here later this afternnon with some amazing Latin street food - it's a great night to stop by.

Happy Pint Day, y'all!

As you may have seen in earlier posts, we're helping kick off the inaugural NJ Pint Day today, offering limited edition glassware for $10 along with a glass+draft pint combo for $15 all day.

A portion of the proceeds from every glass sold will go to the Brewers Guild of NJ () and the amazing work they do to support our craft brewing industry. NJ has notoriously complex alcohol licensing laws and restrictions, and the Guild has done an amazing job pushing for change in Trenton, aiming to bring NJ's laws up to par with our surrounding states who have significantly more flexibility. We couldn't be happier to have them on our side.

6.8% DDH IPA

Coming atcha with some haze for this weekend's Subway Series! Stickball started off with our ideal blend of domestic pils malt, malted wheat, malted oats, and chit, tuned up for an ultra fluffy base beer. We led off with a hefty whirlpool before bringing in loads of Citra, Motueka, and Nelson for an ultra creamy and citrus heavy delight. Straight orange creamsicles, dole whip, with a little citrus zest on top.

We'll have this one on draft and in cans at noon today! We've also got Cousin's Maine Lobster rolling through this afternoon for some tasty lobster rolls, and we'll have the Subway Series playing at 7:15. Bring the crew and see who comes out on top!

7% hazy ipa with lavender

Our last drop of the week! We always pull this one out around Mother's Day, just as a little something special for our favorite folks we celebrate this weekend. Originally brewed as an experimental batch a few years back, we quickly realized we had a great one on our hands, and Seed Bomb has become a springtime staple around here.

A fairly straightforward hazy IPA base of pilsner, red wheat, and oats, with hopping centered around our favorite citrus-heavy players - Citra and Motueka. This year's lavender came from , NJ's first lavender farm. The lovely lot of culinary lavender is distinct from the more aromatic, soapy lavender you'd find more regularly. Leaning on the delicate floral and citrus aspects of the plant, it turns out to be a perfect pairing for the orange, mango, and lime zest we're getting from the hops.

Available on draft and in cans today at noon! The fourth release of the week, we have lots of new goodies to sip through in the taproom with plenty of cans to go around.

4.6% light lager with lime

We take our work very seriously over here. We've spent years and years fine tuning recipes and processes to squeeze every bit of flavor out of all of the finest ingredients we can get our hands on. But sometimes we just want a fun, light beer.

We've love Long Hill Light ever since we dropped it. Crisp, crushable, with enough flavor from malt and hops that you know it's not your standard fare macro lager. We decided it was about time to kick it up a notch by adding some super tasty lime zest to the mix, and we're damn happy we did.

Coming across like a combo of a light lager and our favorite non-beer drink (margaritas, duh), we've been crushing these since we packaged the beer early this week. Perfect for backyard BBQs, mowing the lawn, local ball games, or just hanging on the porch with your partner. This is our ultimate outdoors, good vibes beer.

Big week for beer releases! Rewilding shows up and shows out, highlighting the Manilita hops we were recently able to get our hands on, along with a new base of varied malts for extra creaminess.

Multiple forms of barley, wheat, and oats come together to set the stage, a heavy whirlpool and initial dry hop of everyone's favorite Citra get things started, and then Nelson and Manilita come together like a NZ powerhouse. Papaya, mango, light grapefruit and red berry, along with a mellow background of mimosas makes for a banger of a hoppy beer that we're psyched to share with y'all.

It's always fun watching how quickly the Ring batches turn over as soon as the weather gets warm. Not only does it mean folks are enjoying the beers, but it also allows us more opportunities to try new things with our favorite little hoppy beer.

This latest version takes a new blend of base malt sources and pairs that with a high percentage of flaked oats and flaked wheat. The light, soft base beer was then dry hopped solely with NZ goodies - Southern Cross and NZ Cascade. The resulting beer is a treat today - pleasantly full bodied without being excessively sweet, and paired with a super bright, tropical flavor and aroma courtesy of the hop selection.
