šŸŽƒ Pumpkin Haul for the Pig Crew šŸ–

Brought in 5 pallets of big-box pumpkins today for feed. Pigs love them, theyā€™re packed with fiber, and it stretches the feed bill in a big way.
Simple, cheap, effective.

Two roosters beefing like itā€™s a UFC title fightā€¦ and oneā€™s fighting through the cage.
Farm life never disappoints.

Started the morning topping off coolant, unloading the truck, and finding the pigs already out during feeding timeā€¦ got them back in, patched the gate, then the truck breaks around the corner from the house. Still barely made it to work.

Training class at 10.

At 10:45 my wife texts: ā€œPigs are out. Again.ā€

Wrapped up training at 11:30, came home, rebuilt the gate, ran new electric fence, and finally finished around 5:30.

Todayā€™s score:
Pigs: 2
Truck: 1
Me: held together by zip-ties and caffeine.

Hereā€™s the before/after of the gate the escape artists destroyed.

Farm life isnā€™t cute today ā€” itā€™s loud, muddy, and stubborn. But theyā€™re back where they belongā€¦ for now.
