Four years ago today, we sold our first gallons of Flatrock Creamery creamline milk with a dream, a lot of hope, and honestly… no real idea how hard it would be. Owning a small business has tested us in ways we never expected—long days, late nights, tough decisions, sacrifices, and moments where giving up felt easier than pushing forward. But through every challenge, we’ve also had the incredible gift of living our passion, doing what we love, and building something that feels deeply personal and meaningful.
To our customers: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Every glass of milk you’ve enjoyed, every kind word, share, and moment of support has kept us going more than you know. You are the reason Flatrock Creamery exists, and we are endlessly grateful to be part of this community. Here’s to four years—and to many more!
After two years of blood, sweat, and tears Flatrock Creamery is officially selling milk! The whole milk is pasteurized for consumer safety but it is not homogenized so the cream will rise to the top! Be sure to pick up your farm fresh milk from Troyer’s Country store with more stores coming soon!
