Some of the older scouts backpacked approximately 12-13 miles on the Susquehannock Trail this weekend from Cherry Spring Fire Tower to Ole Bull SP. We had a mix of weather: clear starry skies, cold morning, warm sunny hiking, and some rain to cool things off. Even a stream crossing!

Overall a great weekend trip to Poe Valley SP. The fishing wasn’t great, the nights got cold and we had a scout and a leader go home early due to illness, but all in all it was a good time.
