Another batch of pickles done. Changed it up a bit and layered the herbs & seasonings :-)

And for those that have been asking, I will be selling jams, pickles, relishes etc.

Once I get a few more batches of things done, will do a post, probably in a couple weeks 😁😁

So...change of plans! Can't wait until mid-May to start selling, greenhouse is overflowing :-)

Hours and product list are below.

Please note, if you are unable to make it during posted hours, shoot me a message and we can make arrangements. Hours are posted for next 2 weeks, then will update again. I apologize that they can't be consistent, but I work around having caregivers here for our daughter who is special needs.

All my plants are heirloom. 4" starts will be $4.00.

Working on getting square set-up, until then we accept cash or venmo.

More transplanted today - a lot left to go 😁
Absolutely loving the vibrant leaves on the Dark Opal Basil ❤️ Just a few shots of the different stages going on in there.
In the process of creating a list of what's going to be available - it's going to be a long one!

Will be opening the 3rd week of May - would have opened a little sooner, but we have a baby shower that takes precedent beginning of May ❤️

Yesterday we got another 80'ish starts transplanted into 4" pots. I had to stop starting seeds....ran out of room 😂 but will have plants at various stages😁
Am impressed with the Greenstalk planter - seeded it last week and it's growing like crazy already 😁

I sell a bit later than a lot of places for two reasons:
#1 want to make sure frost danger is past
#2 want to make sure plants are hardened

Both of these reasons are to ensure the best possibility of no one losing plants ❤️

Busy last couple days. With the help of my hubby, got around 75 starts transplanted into 4" pots, Elberta peach tree planted and he got the Greenstalk planter together! Today I started another 215 seeds, got the Greenstalk seeded and added another shelf😁
Garden beds in greenhouse are now producing yummies for salads - nothing better than fresh 😋

After this afternoon, I have 1,244 plants started ❤️😁
Today I started several varieties of wave petunias, wave petunia pots & more peppers, more tomatoes.......then I ran out of compost.....so done for today 😁

This morning I transplanted some Italian Zucchini, Poohna Kheera Cucumbers & Homemade Pickling Cucumbers into 4" pots. When the healthy white roots are growing through the bottom of the trays and true leaves are present....time to move them to grow more 😁
Will be transplanting some tomatoes, more cucumbers, several flowers and tomatillos next week.
I have a lot of standard varieties but also some unique ones. The Poohna Kheera cucumber is an heirloom seed from India and will grow into what looks like a large golden russet potato. I grew these last year and absolutely love the flavor and texture!

Part of my greenhouse is beds, so we can grow earlier and later. These were all started a few weeks ago - looking forward to some fresh veges very soon ❤️ These won't be for sale, those will all come from our outdoor gardens.

Just got another batch of starter trays which will put us at over 1,200 starts so far😁

I'm turning my hobby into a small business - keyword "small". This will be my first year sharing my products....all either grown here or started here. We'll be selling starts and produce throughout the season.

Right now I'm up to 855 starts in the greenhouse...from vegetables to flowers and adding more weekly.

Available now, in limited quantities, are Red Pontiac Seed Potatoes. These are potatoes I grew last year and saved over the winter for seed. All are sprouted, have been kept in a cool/dry/dark location all winter. All organic, no products used at any time.

Each bag is 1lb. Depending on the size of the seed potatoes, one bag will do 20 plus plants.

Potatoes can be picked up daily, please email or message if you'd like a bag or two :-)

I will update when they are no longer available.
