EXHIBITS OPEN DAILY AT 11AM--THROUGH SUNDAY! Learn about lavender at the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days! Today the fair opens at 11AM and the Agriculture Feature Exhibit this year is LAVENDER. See the educational and interactive lavender display in the historic pavilion building, center of the rotunda. An assortment of lavender varieties is showcased, discover the many uses and benefits of lavender, how lavender essential oils are made and used. Learn the history of lavender, how to grow it and use it. See how lavender buds are cleaned and processed for craft and culinary use. It’s a “back to school “ theme and tonight we are back in Downtown Milton Freewater for “Friday Nights on Main.” This is the last one of the summer so we hope to see you out and about. We are here along with all the others until 9 PM tonight. Stop by our purple trailer for all kinds of lavender goodness…and ice cold lavender lemonade!!

Lavender lovers don’t miss it! If you haven’t heard this year’s Featured Agricultural Crop at the Walla Walla Fair and Frontier Days is…(drumroll please)….LAVENDER! Look for the beautiful and informative Lavender exhibit in the historic Pavillion, center of the Rotunda. Fair starts Wednesday, September 2nd at the Walla Walla Fairgrounds.

After filling some large orders this morning we are out of corn for the season. Will be back next year and plan to increase our plantings.
