It is nice to think about beach days in February! It is going to be a lot of fun. You do not have to be a professional chef to compete in this cookoff. You can learn about ICS (International Chili Society) on their website and you can even become a member that allows you to compete in competitions such as this. This website has everything you need know about chili history and lore, rules, prize money, cookoff details and there are even Championship Recipes!
