Got some really nice replacement gilts UFD.
4 gilts at 4 months old, these girls are the cream of the crop. Hand selected for future breeders. Ready to add great genetics to any farm they join. Or grow them out for the freezer.
Will be ready to breed Nov/ Dec for Spring farrowing next year.

Note- wall can be removed on the bottom bay to make 1 large bay. - just remove a few bolts.

Even little hands are a big help.
Farm kids have a soft & calloused heart all in one.
Soft hearted, she’s eager to take care of the babies that need the extra help. No complaining on those early mornings and late night feeding schedules. She happily throws her coat on over her nightgown and grabs a headlamp with a warm bottle of milk.
(In fact she gets upset when we don’t wake her up to feed at the wee hours of the night)
Calloused, life doesn’t always go as we planned and sometimes the weakest don’t pull through as we hoped for. That’s one thing you learn early on when living on a farm and raising livestock.

While we try to teach our children all about life, the farm teaches our children what life’s all about. - Unknown

We’ve had snarky comments and messages in the past wondering why our address isn’t listed publicly here on our page.
This … This hits way too close to home.
Our farm is also our home where we raise 2 small children.
Unfortunately the “good ole days” are a thing of the past. You simply can’t trust anyone especially with the innocence of your children.
We have no problem setting a date and time welcoming you out to our place to discuss products.
With all respect from everyone here at the farm, thank you for understanding.

Pan feeding newborn piglets.
We had a sow farrow Thanksgiving night and refused to accept them. To the point we unfortunately lost several from her carelessness stepping and laying on them. So we play Mom now. We would much rather have a natural setting where Mom raises them, that’s just not always the case unfortunately.
